Job Summary

The Vice President - Finance will provide strategic leadership for the finance department, aligning financial initiatives with business objectives and overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves managing financial reporting, developing strategies to optimize revenue growth, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The director will monitor financial performance metrics, lead risk management initiatives, represent the finance function at executive meetings, and foster a culture of financial discipline and continuous improvement within the team.

Role Description (Including, but not limited to)

  • Provide strategic leadership for the finance department, aligning financial initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health and stability.
  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead financial risk management initiatives to safeguard company assets.
  • Represent the finance function at executive meetings, providing strategic insights and updates.
  • Foster a culture of financial discipline and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Other Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field, or relevant work experience required
  • Completed Master’s Degree in Finance or a related field, or relevant work experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance
  • 7+ years of experience in a management position
  • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
  • Ability to travel 25%
