Full job description

Description

MAIN FUNCTION: Responsible for handling all aspects of patient care associated with bone density and MRI exams. Performs bone density & MRI equipment quality control, prepares room and patient for procedure, responsible for patient assessments related to bone density and MRI exams, and analyzes bone density exam prior to submission to Radiologist.

EDUCATION: State of CT License, AS Degree required, BS preferred, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: RT (R, BD, MR), CPR certification required.

EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years Bone Density and MRI Technologist experience preferred.
