Caregivers Needed with Memory Care Experience

Locations Served: Phoenix, Glendale, and surrounding areas

Pay: $17–$20/hr | Flexible Schedules | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

We are hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for part-time, PRN, days, nights, overnights, and weekend shifts. This role focuses on providing specialized support for seniors living with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a one-on-one home setting.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide specialized support to seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia by:

  • Offering calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)

  • Creating a safe and structured environment

  • Responding to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding

  • Supporting routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity

  • Communicating effectively with families and care teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA, preferably with memory care clients

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia care preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware approach

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
