  • Configure and support Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave of Absence (LOA) across global regions, ensuring alignment with local labor regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Deliver business-process redesigns (Change Job; Request Comp Change / One-Time Payment / Equity Grant initiation, approvals, and notifications) that improve accuracy, auditability, and cycle time.

  • Drive cross-functional programs such as M&A automations, GovCloud eligibility tracking, intern/New College Grad tracking, relocation tracking, and auto-generated location-addendum letters.

  • Partner on cross-system integrations (Workday ↔ Greenhouse, Console/BRIX AI assistant, and downstream systems), translating business needs into scalable, well-governed technical solutions.

  • Maintain the multi-quarter roadmap, define clear acceptance criteria, and contribute to best practices, onboarding, and mentoring of team members in line with company values.
