Summary You will serve as a Administrative Specialist in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE CENTER PACIFIC. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Responsibilities You will Provide expert technical and programmatic advice, guidance, and recommendations to line managers and stakeholders for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management. You will Perform staff administrative analytical and evaluative work related to program operations, and management and organizational efficiency and productivity You will Undertake and complete complex tasks with multiple dependencies independently, mentors others regularly, and leads others to accomplish complex goals. You will Apply oral and written communication skills to interface effectively with personnel at all levels and has proven ability to support briefings or presentations to mid-level stakeholders Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Projecting and analyzing status to shape the workforce, organization, and contract strategy to enhance the effective allocation and use of resources; Support decision-making, planning, and program analysis using multiple forms of metrics, tools, reports, and analyses; Budgeting functions and duties associated with the budget process and phases; analyzing and evaluating effectiveness of program/project operations; and anticipating and/or identify financial issues and recommending corrective actions.
