Full job description

Our client, Leadership & Organizational Capability programs is seeking an HR Rep to join their team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will be part of the Leadership & Organizational Capability operations team supporting end-to-end program delivery across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Location: Boise, ID

Pay Range: $34 What's the Job?

  • Serve as the operational backbone for Leadership & Organizational Capability programs by overseeing end-to-end program operations and delivery coordination.

  • Manage participant administration, including readiness checks, enrollment support, and learning administration coordination.

  • Coordinate program logistics and communications to ensure facilitator, room, resources, and participant readiness for both virtual and in-person sessions.

  • Support materials management and vendor processes, including coordination of program materials and external learning platform administration.

  • Produce operational reports and data insights, proactively manage risks, and resolve scheduling and operational issues in partnership with program owners, facilitators, vendors, Facilities, and site teams.

What's Needed?

  • Experience supporting program operations, participant administration, or learning administration with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and logistics elements while maintaining delivery schedules and service quality.

  • Comfort administering external learning platforms and managing program materials and vendor workflows.

  • Strong communication skills to keep participants, facilitators, vendors, and internal teams aligned.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify risks early, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive timely resolutions.
