Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 (Annually)

Job Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the council's operational strategy and mission delivery functions. The COO partners with the CEO to develop and execute the council's strategic plan, ensuring organizational effectiveness, sustainable growth, and exceptional experiences for girls, volunteers, caregivers, staff, and community partners.
This position provides executive oversight for Community Engagement, Programs, Outdoor Programs, and Customer Care. The COO ensures that operational priorities align with strategic objectives, organizational resources are effectively deployed, and measurable outcomes are achieved across all areas of responsibility. Promotes Girl Scout visibility and strengthens the Girl Scout image in the community.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of related experience and 6+ years in leadership, including C-level management. Strong strategic leadership, collaboration, communication, data analysis, and technology skills; membership engagement experience preferred.
