Job Description:
Customizes CMI initiatives for local entities in collaboration with the local administration team. Works with the AHS Director of Physician Well-Being and Engagement to utilize program training and resources. Operationalizes and facilitates the Mission Onboarding program and mission orientation presentations. Personalizes Mission Integration Plans and schedules necessary meetings with local leadership and physicians. Assists in the mission integration evaluation process and tracks completion. Deploys and tracks the Physician Mentoring program and the Finding Meaning in Medicine program in the market. Supports and strengthens existing Physician Wellbeing & Engagement programs. Oversees specific corporate mission programs in the assigned region. Participates in interviewing and presenting the mission to provider candidates. Establishes mission recruitment and selection criteria with local physician recruitment and leadership teams. Monitors and reports mission impact through key performance indicators and metrics. Manages CMI Specialists in their assigned territory and collaborates with them to provide mission support to physicians. Performs other duties as assigned.

Successful completion of 2 or more units of CPE at a center accredited by ACPE, Inc. OR completion of the AdventHealth Spiritual Integration and Support Education Program [Preferred]
Work Experience:
-
3+ director level [Preferred]
-
3+ providing outpatient practice management support [Preferred]
-
3+ working with physicians [Preferred]
-
5+ years of leading teams and program initiatives, healthcare setting [Preferred]
-
Relevant advanced degrees or certifications [Preferred]
Additional Information:

$81,556.80 - $151,715.20
