This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership while overseeing a broad range of business functions across operations, fund administration, compliance, technology, HR, and corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key business operations across fund administration, compliance, HR, technology, and corporate operations

• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers

• Support fund operations, financial reporting, regulatory filings, and product launches

• Coordinate client reporting, due diligence requests, and investor communications

• Participate in cross-functional committees focused on finance, compliance, AI, valuation, and business continuity

• Help oversee technology initiatives, information security, and office operations

• Mentor team members and contribute to the firm's long-term operational strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment management

• Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, private funds, and investment operations

• Experience across operations, compliance, finance, and technology

• Leadership or mentoring experience with strong project management skills

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CIMA, CFP, or other advanced designation preferred

• Strategic, collaborative, and highly organized with an entrepreneurial mindset

• International markets experience is a plus
