Production Finisher

General Laborers Needed!

Job Description

• Perform assembly and finishing tasks including fastening, bonding, spot welding, sanding, and measuring parts.

• Operate plastic molding machines to produce small components for aerospace and medical products.

• Use hand tools and power tools to complete production work according to specifications.

• Read blueprints, follow work instructions, and maintain quality standards throughout production.

• Complete repetitive manufacturing tasks while maintaining safety, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.

• Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly is beneficial.

• Strong attention to detail when inspecting parts and completing documentation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small parts.

• Ability to follow procedures, tolerances, and safety requirements consistently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
