Full job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their Software Technical Consultant in PITTSBURGH PA This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills Software Technical Consultant you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Manage endpoint vulnerability remediation from identification through resolution.

  • Review security findings from Tenable and implement endpoint-based solutions to eliminate vulnerabilities.

  • Build, test, and deploy application updates, patches, configuration changes, and remediation packages using Intune and SCCM.

  • Develop PowerShell scripts for automated detection, remediation, and compliance enforcement.

  • Package and deploy third-party software updates and application upgrades.

  • Manage Windows patching through Windows Update for Business, WSUS, and SCCM.

  • Monitor patch compliance, remediation progress, and vulnerability metrics.

  • Maintain security baselines and endpoint hardening aligned with CIS Benchmarks and industry standards.

  • Support device onboarding, co-management, compliance policies, and Conditional Access initiatives.

  • Validate remediation effectiveness and work with Security teams to address findings and false positives.

  • Create documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards to ensure reliable production deployments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 + years of experience supporting and engineering Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment

  • Bachelor's, engineering or higher degree is required

Pay Details: $52.00 per hour
