The Manager, Sales Performance & Development leads sales analytics, partner performance, contracting, and incentive programs that support revenue growth across Delta Vacations' B2B distribution channels. As a strategic partner to Sales leadership, this role uses data-driven insights to optimize partner performance, inform commercial strategies, and drive business results.

Overview & Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analytics & Insights: Lead agency channelperformance analysis, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting todeliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

  • Commercial Strategy & Partner Performance: Developand optimize performance frameworks, segmentation strategies, value models, andincentive programs to drive growth, and commercial effectiveness.

  • Contracts, Commissions & Governance: Manage partnercontracts, commission programs, and incentive structures, ensuring effectiveadministration, compliance, governance, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Field Sales,Revenue Management, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Legal teams tosupport commercial initiatives and strategic priorities.

  • People Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team whilefostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

DLV Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta GA

POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

SALARY RANGE

$65,462 - $112,744

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university;or equivalent work experience; or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, businessdevelopment, sales operations, finance, revenue management, commercialstrategy, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.

  • Strong analytical, data visualization, and storytellingskills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable businessrecommendations.

  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards,reporting, and business reviews that drive business decisions and performanceoutcomes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, andrelationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities andinfluence cross-functional collaborators.

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, andPowerPoint.

  • Strong business and financial competence.

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.

  • Experience managing commercial programs, contracts,commissions, incentives, and performance analytics.
