Job Description
The Technical Business Analyst will partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support enterprise technology initiatives. This role will be dedicated to a Disaster Recovery (DR) Remediation program, helping identify application dependencies, document recovery requirements, perform gap analyses, and track remediation efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work across multiple teams to drive deliverables and improve organizational resiliency.
Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience Experience gathering requirements, process documentation, and gap analysis Experience supporting Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity, or resiliency initiatives Proficiency in writing User Stories (Jira) Microsoft 365 and hybrid environment knowledge Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, mockups) Familiarity with hybrid environments (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with matrixed teams on large initiatives, executing KPIs, and driving outcomes Experience with DR testing, recovery planning, or Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Experience with process documentation (Lucid, Visio, or equivalent) Automotive F&I experience
