Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a QA Analyst to play a key role in ensuring quality across application releases and enhancements through a mix of manual, automated, and performance testing. The ideal candidate is a hands-on tester who enjoys digging into system functionality, validating requirements, and partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams. Responsibilities include executing regression tests, creating and maintaining automation scripts, performing performance testing with JMeter, identifying and tracking defects, and contributing to overall release readiness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a long-term contract-to-hire engagement with strong growth potential within a collaborative technology environment.

70% Manual regression testing 20% Automated testing 10% Performance testing (JMeter)

Skills and Requirements

3-6+ years of QA/testing experience (functional, system, integration testing) Experience executing test cases and documenting results Ability to identify, log, track, and validate defects using defect management tools Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements validation, and design reviews Experience creating test cases and test scenarios Exposure to testing tools such as ALM/Quality Center and JMeter Basic SQL knowledge Exposure to automation testing, preferably Selenium Experience contributing to test plans Understanding of security testing concepts Familiarity with quality metrics and reporting Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
