Springpoint at Manalapan is seeking an experienced Dietary Aide to join our team!

$500 Sign on Bonus

Springpoint at Manalapan is a Springpoint Senior Living Assisted Living and Memory Care Community located in Manalapan, NJ. We are seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our team. At Springpoint, the Dietary Aide performs a variety of routine kitchen duties including the preparation and serving of food and various functions of the dietary office.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food for service in a sanitary fashion.

  • Operate and clean necessary kitchen equipment.

  • Perform quality assessment tasks as required.

  • Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance in a timely manner.

  • Serve food and beverages in the dining room as instructed and in accordance with established portion control procedures.

  • Set tables in the dining room, etc. for service.

  • Knowledge of therapeutic diets, served in accordance with diet order.

  • Complete opening and closing side work as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in Food handling/food service industry preferred

  • Familiarity with diet terminology and operation of food service department preferred
