About RedotPay RedotPay is a global crypto payment fintech that integrates blockchain solutions into traditional banking and finance infrastructure. Our user-friendly crypto platform empowers millions worldwide to spend and send crypto assets, providing faster, more accessible and inclusive financial services. We are dedicated to advancing financial inclusion for the unbanked and supporting crypto enthusiasts, driving the global adoption of secure and flexible crypto-powered financial solutions. Position Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented P2P Operations Specialist to help run and improve our peers-to-peers (P2P) payment flows. You will support day-to-day operations, investigate and resolve payment issues, ensure compliance-aligned processes, and partner with Product, Risk, Customer Support, and Engineering to deliver reliable and scalable P2P payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor P2P payment workflows end-to-end (initiation, routing, confirmation, reconciliation).
  • Investigate and resolve payment incidents, including failed transfers, stuck transactions, mismatched balances, webhook delays, and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Perform transaction troubleshooting using internal tooling, blockchain explorers, logs, and payment system records.
  • Reconcile P2P payment activity against ledgers and settlement outputs; ensure accurate reporting and audit trails.
  • Verify KYC/AML status and operational eligibility for P2P transfers according to internal policies (within your scope and training).
  • Maintain case management for escalations (SLA tracking, root cause notes, customer-impact summaries).
  • Partner with Customer Support to provide accurate operational answers and support communications during incidents.
  • Coordinate with Engineering/DevOps on webhook reliability, retries, idempotency, queue/backoff behavior, and data integrity.
  • Implement and improve SOPs and runbooks for common failure modes and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payments operations, P2P operations, transaction monitoring, customer-facing operations, or fraud/risk operations
  • Hands-on experience payment flows (bank transfer rails, crypto rails, stablecoin systems, or similar).
  • Familiarity with blockchain transaction concepts
  • High attention to detail with a bias for documentation and process adherence.
  • Excellent written communication skills for incident updates, RCA notes, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems and operational dashboards/metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate under SLA/incident pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with stablecoin payments (USDC/USDT-like assets) or crypto payment providers/exchanges.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML operational workflows (screening statuses, transaction monitoring triggers, sanctions considerations).
