TheRegionalFieldManger(RFM)providesstrategicandoperationalleadershipfor regional Office of Public Assistance (OPA) field offices.This position ensures consistent, equitable, and accurate service delivery across local offices by overseeing regional operations, implementing statewide program expectations, and supporting staff in delivering high-quality customer service for public assistance offices. The RFM collaborates closely with division leadership, other regional managers, and local management to align office operations with statewide goals, performance metrics, and program accuracystandards.Responsibilitiesincludeoperationaloversight,teamleadership,continuous improvement, managingpersonnelincludingrecruiting, retention, and duediligenceprocesses, and ensuring adherence to federal and state public assistance policies.
