职位描述

职位概述 负责深圳福田工厂磁带磁头产品的质量检验工作，确保产品符合西部数据质量标准。需具备精密操作能力及高度责任心。 主要职责 1、质量检验： （1）执行来料检验（IQC）、过程检验（IPQC）及出货检验（OQC） （2）操作光学显微镜、尺寸测量仪器及电气测试设备进行产品检验 （3）识别并记录缺陷（划伤、污染、ABS损伤、焊点异常等） 2、数据记录 （1）在 SAP / MES 系统中准确录入检验数据及缺陷记录 （2）发现异常质量趋势时及时向工程师汇报 3、设备维护 （1）执行设备日常点检及基础保养 （2）确保所有量规及仪器在校准有效期内 4、不合格品管理 （1）识别、标识并隔离不合格品（NCM） （2）协助工程师收集失效分析（FA）样品 5、合规与改善 （1）严格遵守 SOP、ESD 防护规范及洁净室操作要求 （2）参与 5S、Kaizen 及 CAPA 相关活动

职位要求

任职资格 1、中专/职高/高中及以上；大专优先。 2、机械、电子、质量管理或相关专业。 3、有2–3年精密制造或QA检验经验；优秀应届生可培训。 4、显微镜操作、基础测量工具、SAP/Excel 基础。 5、视力良好，手部操作稳定。 6、可接受轮班；ESD及洁净室操作意识强。
