Summary:

FORCE PM is an organization of Technical Program Managers focused on Meta's data center infrastructure. We collaborate with Meta's Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and other teams to operationalize new technologies, processes, and innovative automation to operate at a global scale.The ideal candidate thrives in a bottom-up environment where you collaboratively contribute to team direction and priorities, embrace the challenge of solving complex problems, and can apply the right amount of structure to enable teams to focus on the most impactful work. Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Data Centers Responsibilities:

1. Independently create project structure, communication plans, and execution frameworks for programs spanning a few teams within one domain

2. Drive accountability for progress — track milestones, escalate risks, and ensure teams deliver on commitments

3. Identify and resolve bounded complex problems on specific systems or components within your program area by pulling in the right people and unblocking dependencies

4. Execute within the strategic vision laid out for your programs

5. proactively identify gap areas and raise them with minimal direction

6. Drive delivery of technical solutions through effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, logistics, and partner teams

7. Define and deliver on technical requirements that solve infrastructure or operational problems in conjunction with engineering partners

8. Contribute to measurement frameworks — drive execution against defined success metrics and rollout plans

9. Build partnerships to mobilize people and influence across partner teams within your domain

10. Identify and improve inefficiencies in how we operate — work with speed and simplicity through clear documentation, timely follow-through, and good meeting hygiene

11. Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate delivery, automate repetitive work, and expand your reach across disciplines

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta

2. 4+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience

3. Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent practical experience

4. Technical experience in planning, deploying, or operating cloud or data center infrastructure technology

5. Experience working across teams to drive decisions with technical and non-technical stakeholders

6. Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and negotiate competing priorities

7. Experience evaluating and improving end-to-end processes with functional and/or technical solutions

8. Track record of delivering results using technology solutions in infrastructure, operations, or engineering domains

Public Compensation:

$103,000/year to $156,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
