Sr Product Designer (Growth & Commerce)

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape and scale growth and commerce experiences across desktop, mobile web, iOS, and Android platforms. This individual will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design process, from discovery and concept development through high-fidelity execution, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, exceptional visual design skills, and experience designing shopping or commerce-focused user experiences at scale. Responsibilities Lead design initiatives from problem definition and concept exploration through delivery and iteration. Create intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and key stakeholders to define and execute design solutions. Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools. Leverage data, user research, experimentation, and customer insights to influence product decisions. Translate user feedback and business objectives into actionable product features and experiences. Contribute to and maintain design systems, patterns, and scalable UX frameworks. AI & Design Technology Experience Experience using AI-powered design tools and generative workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and asset creation. Ability to maintain a high quality bar for AI-assisted design work while ensuring strong usability and visual craftsmanship. Comfortable leveraging modern AI and prototyping tools to communicate product concepts, workflows, and specifications.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing web and/or mobile products at scale. Strong product design foundation with expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking. Proven experience designing shopping, e-commerce, marketplace, or commerce-related user journeys. Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, polished visual craft, and intuitive UX solutions for complex ecosystems. Proficiency with Figma and Figma Make, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design creation. Experience designing for growth, conversion optimization, acquisition, retention, or monetization initiatives. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and generative design tools. Experience utilizing tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, Claude Design, or similar AI-powered design platforms.
