Job Description

Design systems and procedures, applying knowledge of RUP and UML. Conduct work simplification studies. Prepare manuals to assist in operating more efficiently and effectively. Perform documentation, end user training and client support as required. Efficiently communicating the business directives, goals and needs to the technical team and serving as clients interface managing user expectations and client satisfaction with creative thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills. Develop Functional work plans, Business and Functional Requirement Document, User Acceptance test plans, Test Strategies, Test Cases and Test Scenarios for Quality Assurance (QA). Design and develop complex business solutions. Providing timely reports and presentations to executives for critical decisions. Design, develop and maintain distributed Operation Support Systems. Support offshore and onsite team. Coordinate IT projects, programming, production support, operations, project life cycle implementation and client interaction. Support production system and supply immediate investigation and resolution of software problems. Level I - JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related quantitative/analytical field

Level II - JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related quantitative/analytical field AND Two (2) years of experience in the offered position or related experience. Level III - JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related quantitative/analytical field. The position is project-based due to the nature of the employer’s IT consulting services. Travel and/or relocation requirements vary depending on client assignments, project scope, and duration. Frequency of travel: Variable and cannot be expressed as a fixed annual percentage. Assignments may require on-site presence at a client’s location for extended periods, ranging from several months to multiple years. Once assigned to a specific project site, the candidate performs services at that single location for the duration of the project. Between projects, the position may be performed remotely and. No international travel required. The work location is determined by the client's engagement. This project-based assignment structure is inherent to IT consulting services and does not involve frequent short-term travel among multiple locations.
