Job Description

Our client is looking for a Product Marketing Coordinator to join our Product Marketing team. This role supports the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with creative, cross-functional partners, and external teams to keep projects on track and details covered.

We're looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, with a genuine eagerness to grow their skills in Product Marketing, particularly in digital and organic marketing. This role will report to the Director of

Product Marketing Responsibilities Sample of role responsibilities include, App Store: Coordinate creative direction, manage content rights, own ticketing and workflow, oversee proofing, and build in-app events to feature key titles, working cross-functionally with Marketing and teams

Website: Coordinate creative direction and copy for the web front door, manage proofing and rollout timing, and identify title/content features worth spotlighting, working closely with Product to align on UX, SEO requirements, and Creative teams

Registration Wall: Coordinate creative and messaging updates for the registration experience, proof and manage rollout of updates, and determine which titles or campaigns to feature based on performance data, partnering with Product to ensure changes align with the broader user experience and testing roadmap

This is an integral role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects and campaigns, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies from kickoff to completion.

  • Creative Execution: Submit, track, and follow up on creative requests, ensuring assets meet brief requirements and are delivered on time and to the right specs.

  • Documentation: Maintain multiple tracking documents, calendars, and update them in Asset Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to distribute finalized marketing assets to the appropriate channels and stakeholders.

  • Calendar Management: Own and maintain product marketing calendars, keeping them accurate and up to date so teams always know what's coming next.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input and update campaign data, tracking metrics, and status information across relevant systems and spreadsheets to keep records current and reliable.

  • Attention to Detail: Proofread and quality-check materials, timelines, tickets, and briefs, keeping a close eye on available content and marketing initiative launch dates.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Product, and other internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving.

  • Learning & Growth: Stay curious about the broader product marketing landscape, with a particular interest in digital and organic marketing tactics, and look for opportunities to contribute fresh ideas.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a marketing team or in a coordinator-type role.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Google Drive).

  • Comfortable with accurate, high-volume data entry and maintaining structured trackers/spreadsheets.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to pivot quickly.

  • A healthy curiosity for the entertainment marketing space and passion to learn.

  • Interest in or exposure to digital/organic marketing (SEO, social, content).

  • Experience working with creative teams or reviewing design assets.

  • Experience building or maintaining team calendars/trackers.

  • Agency management

  • Advanced Excel experience is a plus.
