Full job description

Georgia Spine & Orthopaedics is a Comprehensive Spine and Orthopaedics Care provider in GA. Our locations include Atlanta, Columbus, Gwinnett, Marietta, Tucker, Stockbridge, Roswell, and the Surgery Center of Roswell. We specialize in offering cutting-edge treatment with a conservative approach.

We are growing and seeking an enthusiastic Medical Assistant to join our Marietta team.

Our ideal candidate is willing to travel between offices, has experience, is bilingual in English/Spanish, has a strong desire to help others, and works well on a team.

Medical Assistant Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and room patients
  • Accurately take a patient history and document it in EMR
  • Perform x-rays as directed by the provider (we’ll teach)
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Dispense medication as instructed by the provider
  • Act as a liaison between providers and patients

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English/Spanish, written and verbal preferred but not required
  • Ability to travel between offices is required
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Understanding of health insurance
  • C Arm experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn is a must
