• Leverages strategic and operational team members to enhance work outcomes.

• Utilizes knowledge of tools, systems, solutions, and trends to drive improvements in work processes.

• Collaborates with team members to identify and implement best practices.

• Integrates innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.

• Analyzes current trends to inform strategic decision-making.

• Coordinates efforts across teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Applies specialized skills to address complex challenges.

• Develops strategies to maximize the use of available resources.

• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Provides guidance and support to team members in adopting new tools and systems.

• Facilitates continuous improvement through regular feedback and assessment.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and online publishing tools. [Required]

• Strong understanding of process/program development and planning. [Required]

• Ability to lead in the research and presentation information [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources or related field

Work Experience:

• 3+ experience providing strategy or support in a communications, human resources, marketing, or related field. [Required]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 3 years of relevant experience [Required] OR

• Associate's Degree AND 5 years of relevant experience [Required] OR

• High School Grad or Equiv AND 7 years of relevant experience [Required]

Pay Range:

$66,830.40 - $124,300.80 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
