Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment accordingly to event specifications.

• Review banquet event orders and room diagrams to ensure accurate event setup.

• Arrange meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and outdoor venues according to guest and event requirements.

• Set tables with appropriate linens, and decor.

• maintain cleanliness and organization of meetings

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and banquet supplies.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet the event setup deadlines.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
