Job Title: Application Engineer Location: Tulsa, OK (limited travel – 3–5 days/month) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required (due to exposure to DoD and DoE data)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $80-$85K

Application Engineer

What We Are Looking For: A highly motivated Application Engineer with a strong background in mechanical or fluids engineering who enjoys solving complex problems using cutting-edge simulation tools. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working across industries, interacting with customers, and supporting both technical and sales initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide technical support, consulting, and training to users of Ansys Mechanical and CFD
  • Support technical sales and pre-sales initiatives
  • Deliver solutions using Ansys and Synopsys simulation tools for a diverse customer base
  • Collaborate with engineers from industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, and biomedical
  • Handle sensitive data under DoD and DoE contracts (U.S. citizenship required)

Qualifications What You Will Need:

  • MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred; strong BS candidates will be considered
  • Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel 3–5 days/month
