Full job description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice contract in Tucson, Arizona . This is an excellent opportunity to join a compassionate care team dedicated to providing exceptional end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.
Job Details

Coverage Area: Tucson, Oracle, San Manuel, Mammoth, Oro Valley, Saddlebrooke, Marana, Picture Rocks, and Casas Adobes

Contract Length: Three-month contract, possibility of an extension
-
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $53.00 - $55.90 per hour, mileage reimbursement
-
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
-
On-Call Requirement: None
Responsibilities
-
Manage a hospice caseload of approximately 18-22 patients
-
Complete routine, PRN, and end-of-life nursing visits
-
Perform hospice admissions and comprehensive patient assessments
-
Develop and update individualized care plans
-
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
-
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
-
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
-
Ability to manage patient visits independently
-
Reliable transportation for local travel
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Hospice experience

Case management experience

Strong end-of-life care and symptom management skills

Experience working with interdisciplinary care teams

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
