Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support Oracle Fusion ERP and finance transformation initiatives for one of our top clients. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT, supporting system implementations, production support, testing, documentation, training, and continuous process improvement.

• Support Oracle Fusion Financials and related finance applications, including Oracle EPM and Apex.

• Assist with ERP implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.

• Document business processes, system workflows, and functional requirements.

• Develop and execute test scripts for UAT, integration, and regression testing.

• Coordinate testing efforts, track defects, and support issue resolution.

• Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support for finance users.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to improve processes and system adoption.

• Support finance transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Pay Range - $130-$135K

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience supporting finance systems, ERP implementations, or business process analysis.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, or a similar ERP platform.

• Understanding of core finance processes including Procure-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.

• Experience with UAT, test script development, defect tracking, and system implementations.

• Strong Excel skills and experience analyzing financial or operational data.

• Experience creating process documentation and training end users.

• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Apex, SQL, or Jira.
