Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Drietcor to drive sales growth and channel development across the Western U.S. agriculture market. This remote leadership role will be responsible for developing and managing a multi-channel sales network consisting of company-owned dealerships, independent dealers, and key accounts.

As a Sales Director, you will support a network of upto 20 dealer locations, including company-owned locations in Washington and Oregon and additional coverage throughout California and Kansas. The role will also manage three sales professionals supporting the Western region and provide leadership and coordination for four major Key Accounts, supported by two managers and two support professionals.

The ideal candidate is a driven, growth-oriented sales leader who understands distribution, dealerships, territory development, sales pipelines, and relationship-based selling. This person should be motivated to build the business, develop people, and establish long-term customer relationships based on trust and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Western U.S. business development and sales strategy across company-owned dealerships, independent dealers, and Key Accounts.

  • Support and grow a network of 19 dealer locations, including company-owned dealerships and independent distribution partners.

  • Recruit, develop, and strengthen independent dealer relationships to expand market coverage.

  • Manage and develop three regional sales professionals supporting the Western U.S. market.

  • Oversee and support the development of four strategic Key Accounts in the Western region.

  • Establish sales goals, territory plans, customer targets, and performance expectations.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including opportunity development, forecasting, follow-up, and sales process management.

  • Identify new customers, territories, applications, dealers, and market opportunities.

  • Develop strong relationships with agricultural producers, dealers, distributors, integrators, and industry partners.

  • Partner with internal Sales, Key Accounts, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to support customer requirements and growth initiatives.

  • Maintain and strengthen long-standing customer relationships, including relationships established for 20+ years.

  • Provide leadership with sales forecasts, competitive intelligence, market trends, and growth opportunities.

  • Travel throughout the Western U.S., including Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Texas, Idaho, and other assigned markets, for dealer development, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Must live between Oregon and Kansas

  • Must have current experience in the Agriculture Industry

  • Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, channel management, dealership management, or key account development.

  • Agriculture industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of the Western U.S. agriculture market highly desirable.

  • Experience working with dealership or distribution sales models strongly preferred.

  • Experience developing and managing independent dealers/distributors.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop territories, generate new business, and expand existing accounts.

  • Experience managing and developing sales professionals.

  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, territory planning, and structured sales processes.

  • Technical equipment, systems, or solution-based sales experience preferred.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop customer loyalty and long-term trust.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, territory-based leadership position.

  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the Western U.S.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is hungry, humble, and smart—a motivated business builder who wants to grow with the organization rather than simply maintain an established territory.

The successful candidate will be a driver who takes ownership of growth, understands how to develop dealer and distribution channels, builds strong relationships, manages a disciplined sales pipeline, and earns the trust of customers and channel partners. Experience working within the agriculture equipment, dealership, or distribution environment and managing independent dealers will be a significant advantage.
