Digital Activation & Go-To-Market Lead

Business Impact

Empowering our growers to unlock the full potential of our seed and crop protection products is a core part of our mission at Bayer Crop Science. To enable this, we’re leveraging the vast datasets from R&D and FieldView to develop field-specific digital experiences, capabilities, and insights. We’re looking for a collaborative, creative, and results-oriented individual to drive the development and implementation of activation and go-to-market strategies for the digital experiences being deployed within our DEKLAB, Asgrow, & Deltapine (DAD) brands.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve As The Primary Partner Between DAD Brands & Digital Farming Solutions

  • Serve as the digital champion within the DAD brand teams, fostering development of strategies that leverage digital agronomic capabilities to unlock new & incremental value for our growers, dealers, and BCS business.

  • Drive integration of digital experience to help elevate the agronomic experience for DAD brand farmers, advisors, and customer-facing squads.

  • Cultivate an understanding of current and forthcoming digital capabilities across commercial stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for the development of novel / enhanced digital capabilities that further the brand strategy.

  • Serve as the connective tissue between brands and digital capability development teams.

Drive Digital Experience Activation & Go-To-Market Activities For the DAD Brands

  • Translate strategic marketing priorities into actionable communication plans, campaigns, content, and customer experiences.

  • Design and implement campaigns to foster adoption and sustained engagement with digital experiences as a fully-integrated aspect of the DAD brand experience, keeping in mind customer segmentation implications.

  • Lead the development of messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and customer-facing content to support go-to-market activities. Provide coaching to agency partners and content specialists to ensure content is aligned to go-to-market strategies and brand standards.

  • Leverage customer insights and data to inform communication strategies, audience segmentation, personalization, and channel selection.

  • Establish appropriate measures of success for communications and campaigns. Partner with analytics teams to evaluate campaign and customer engagement performance. Partner with brands and digital experience teams to pivot go-to-market & engagement strategies where appropriate

  • Ensure messaging is consistent across customer touchpoints while allowing for personalization and local market relevance.

  • Develop communications and tools that enable Sales and field teams to effectively activate marketing strategies with customers.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with established business and brand objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across marketing communications activities.

  • Support the development of a holistic activation & go-to-market plan that incorporates efforts across NA-ANZ commercial brands & DNV initiatives.

  • Serve as the voice of the DNV Farmer Experience squad within the DNV Activation & Go-To-Market work team.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, agriculture, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive & drive results in a highly dynamic environment requiring alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Effective communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to quickly align messaging to stakeholder needs.

  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.

  • 3+ years experience in digital agriculture.

  • Deep understanding of either NA-ANZ Commercial go to market strategies

  • Deep knowledge of FieldView and digital agriculture landscape.

  • Experience working with strategic or enterprise accounts and complex partner ecosystems.

This posting will be available for application until at least October 15, 2026.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $120,400-180,600. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
