Night Shift Differential: $2.50/hour

Hours: 11:00p - 7:30a; Sunday - Thursday

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for directing ongoing, hospital-wide clinical respiratory operations, which entails the reallocation and supervision of staff and resources based on patient census and acuity. Also responsible for performance management of staff therapists in order to achieve desired outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Associate’s degree Graduate of an approved Respiratory program including clinical experience or prior work experience.

  • Knowledge of respiratory therapy theory and practice required, preferably through the completion of an CoARC approved school.

  • Maintains a current credential as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).

  • Maintains a current license by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Respiratory Therapist.

  • AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion.

  • ACLS required prior to orientation completion.

  • PALS required prior to orientation completion.

  • Two (2) years of leadership experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelor's Degree
