Position Summary: The Field Support Associate (Floater) is a highly adaptable operational professional responsible for providing on-site coverage and project support across multiple client locations within the assigned region. This role ensures business continuity during employee absences, vacations, and other types of PTO, while also supporting special projects, operational transitions, service enhancements, and new site launches. The FSA must be flexible, customer focused, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly integrating into diverse site environments while maintaining high service standards. Travel within the designated service area is required.

Driving Position: Personal Vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Mail & Package Operations: Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages to designated departments and recipients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain chain‑of‑custody documentation for accountable items, including logging, tracking, and secure handling.

  • Copy, Print & Scanning Services: Operate and troubleshoot multifunction devices (MFDs) to complete copy, print, scan, and finishing requests according to client specifications. Manage document workflows, including digital file handling, quality control, and secure transmission of sensitive materials.

  • Shipping & Receiving Support: Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, carrier selection, and documentation. Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and client departments to resolve delivery issues or special handling needs.

  • Document Management & Workflow Coordination: Support document lifecycle processes such as indexing, routing, archiving, and digital conversion. Ensure compliance with client policies for handling confidential, regulated, or proprietary information.

  • Hospitality & Office Services: Set up conference rooms, meeting spaces, and hospitality areas, ensuring cleanliness, supplies, and equipment readiness. Assist with visitor support, including reception coverage, escorting guests, and providing general facility guidance.

  • Customer Service & Client Interaction: Deliver professional, courteous, and proactive service to all client stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and service requests. Communicate effectively with client teams regarding job status, delivery updates, and operational needs.

  • Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Monitor and maintain office services equipment, reporting issues and coordinating repairs as needed. Keep mailroom, print areas, and supply stations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

  • Operational Support & Flex Coverage: Support additional office services functions as needed, including supply replenishment, inventory checks, and special projects. Provide coverage across multiple service areas or client locations based on operational demand.

  • Ability to travel and provide support to all assigned work locations

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS suite (Word, Excel, email)* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)* Experience in mailroom, logistics, facilities, or operations leadership preferred* Strong customer service and communication skills* Able to lift up to 50Lbs* Ability to lift, move and deliver packages utilizing dollies, or palette jack as required* Detail‑oriented with strong organizational habits* Safety mindset oriented* Comfortable using tracking systems, logs, and digital toolsCommitment to safety, professionalism, and reliability* Able to prioritize tasks correctly meeting all SLAs
