Job Title: Day Program Support Role
Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17.50/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus
Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team Environment
Abound Health is seeking a Day Program Support Staff member to join our Day Program team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Reporting to the Director, this role involves assisting with client schedules, ensuring safety during activities, and supporting personal hygiene needs as required. The Instructional Support Staff will also help maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation, following company policies and infection control guidelines, and will document clients' progress toward their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily cleaning and organization of program areas.

Providing transportation support for clients as needed.

Supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) by assisting with curriculum implementation, generating activity ideas, and providing coverage when needed.

Assisting Instructors with curriculum preparation, gathering materials, and providing substitute coverage as needed.

Supporting group clients during specific situations, including sensory breaks and other individualized support needs.

Collaborating with team members to ensure client engagement, safety, and program continuity throughout the day.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience working with the population served.

Valid Driver's License and safe driving record.

Reliable and safe transportation, with current auto insurance.
Education:
- GED or High School Diploma.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment. $1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
