Job Duties
Manage all daily warehouse operations, including storage, material handling, raw material staging, and inventory control.
Oversee cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare shipping documentation and verify shipment accuracy.
Schedule freight carriers and manage pickups.
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips.
Support customer shipping priorities and expedite critical orders when needed.
Supervise warehouse associates, shipping personnel, and forklift operators.
Train employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Enforce warehouse and forklift safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and material flow.
Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support 5S initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
Forklift Certification (Required)
Minimum Experience Required
Minimum of 7 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using ERP, inventory management, or logistics software.
Forklift certification or extensive experience operating warehouse equipment.
