THE ROLE

Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

We are looking for team members who:

• Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills

• Have a passion for hospitality and coffee

• Enjoy working as part of a team and helping wherever needed

• Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality

• Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards

• Answer guest questions about coffee and cafe offerings

• Operate espresso machines and bar equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station

• Deliver beautiful, high-quality coffee beverages with consistency

• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Passion for hospitality, coffee, and teamwork

• Strong communication and guest service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment

• At least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment is preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to reach, bend, and lift overhead

• Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ pounds

• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
