Title:

Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Corporate Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day administration of HR programs, processes, and employee lifecycle activities across Trinzic's corporate functions. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate People Partner, this role serves as a key resource for HR operations, onboarding, recruiting support, employee transactions, and HR systems administration. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Trinzic is being established as an independent public company through the planned separation of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, which is expected to be completed on January 4, 2027. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build foundational people processes and support a growing organization during a significant period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer employee lifecycle activities, including new hires, promotions, transfers, status changes, and separations.

  • Support recruiting and hiring activities by preparing offer letters, processing pre-employment requirements, coordinating background checks and drug screens, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to facilitate candidate onboarding.

  • Manage first-day onboarding activities and help ensure a positive and seamless new hire experience.

  • Serve as a primary administrator for Workday transactions, maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related processes.

  • Process and audit HR transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Partner with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and People Operations teams to support day-to-day HR operations.

  • Generate and review workforce reports and HR metrics to support business and People Team needs.

  • Assist with the implementation, communication, and administration of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.

  • Participate in special projects and operational initiatives associated with Trinzic's growth and evolution as a standalone public company

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Coordinator experience

  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR processes within a corporate environment.

  • Experience using Workday or another similar enterprise HRIS platform.

Professional Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS systems.

  • Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process administration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.

  • Experience supporting corporate functions within a public company environment.

  • Advanced experience with Workday transactions, reporting, and data management.

  • Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle administration at scale.

  • Experience supporting organizations during periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change.
