Description
Job Purpose: - Prepare salads and sandwiches while assisting guests with their custom orders for these delicious items. Get ready for the day by preparing fresh ingredients. Keep everything clean, safe, and sanitized to ensure a great experience for everyone. Key Responsibilities: - Make tasty salads and sandwiches according to guest preferences. - Help guests with their custom orders and ensure they have a great experience. - Prepare fresh ingredients daily to ensure quality and efficiency. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. - Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to keep the environment safe and healthy. - Work as a team with other staff members to provide excellent service. - Handle any guest inquiries or issues with a friendly attitude.
Qualifications
Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred Required Experience: - Experience in food preparation or working in a kitchen environment is a plus - Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately - Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently - Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are prepared correctly - Friendly and positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
