Full job description

Weave is seeking a Sr. Strategic Partner Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-impact integration partnerships across dental, optometry, veterinary, and medical markets. This role combines executive relationship management, commercial strategy, integration execution, and joint go-to-market planning. The ideal candidate can translate partner and customer needs into clear internal priorities, operate comfortably across technical and commercial conversations, and create measurable value for Weave, our partners, and shared customers.

  • This position will be Hybrid

  • Reports to: Director of Partnerships

What You Will Own

  • Establish, own and negotiate the multi-year joint business partnerships and roadmaps for a portfolio of partners representing thousands of shared customers. Accountability for all co-marketing, technical integration outcomes, and joint GTM success across these partnerships.

  • Operate with minimal supervision as the primary internal and external decision-maker for complex contract enhancements, commercial renegotiations, and conflict resolution with top integration partners. Manage and drive business between both companies and help grow Weave’s partnership ecosystem.

  • Direct responsibility for delivering measurable revenue growth and partner retention attributable to the health and success of the partnership ecosystem. Develop and evangelize the business case for new partner investments to executive leadership.

  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the competitive landscape and technical architecture of critical EHR/PMS systems. Leverage this advanced expertise to influence and shape the Weave Product Roadmap to maintain market advantage

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for strategic relationship management. Drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Customer Success by defining the strategic vision and priorities for ecosystem collaboration.

  • Develop and institutionalize the scalable framework for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and integration performance dashboards, standardizing data-informed decision-making for all partnership activities.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in strategic alliances or business development, ideally within enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.

  • Proven track record of strategic problem-solving and designing partnership programs that resulted in quantifiable revenue or market share gains.

  • Expert-level understanding of integration strategies and navigating internal product roadmaps to align with external partner needs.

  • Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and data-informed decision-making skills.

  • Proven ability to manage technical integrations.
