THE JOB The Associate Product Manager will support key Promoted Ads roadmap initiatives in the form of creating requirements, doing discovery and research, drafting briefs for design and/or engineering, testing and supporting deployments. The role will be highly collaborative with other product peers, design, engineering, program and business teammates.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Product Strategy: Help manage the entire product life cycle - influencing product strategy and direction; defining and prioritizing product requirements, features and functionality; contribute to product roadmaps.

Requirements Definition: Help manage feature development and product rollout including development of specs and acceptance criteria for user stories.

Development Oversight: Be responsible for the daily planning of software development in an agile environment, ensuring the development team consistently has a groomed backlog of priority tickets to build.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, gather insights, and make informed decisions to optimize the product.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Define testing strategies and work with QA teams to ensure the product meets quality standards before release.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Interest and excitement around product development & management with some experience (internship, etc)

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Excellent communication, time management and collaboration skills.

Experience working in e-commerce or retail industries is a plus.

An aptitude or interest in solving business needs and converting requirements into clear, coherent specifications using user stories, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation.

Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A deep product-focused mindset, with a desire to understand your customers and what will make their use of your output easier and more efficient.

Curious by nature, enjoy looking into problems around your core tasks, experimenting with potential solutions.
