Description

1.0 FTE - Day Shift

Starting Pay - $20.57 to $30.86 (based on experience)

Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent experience required

Excellent computer skills required

Medical background preferred

Strong understanding of business and accounting concepts required

Strong attention to details

Job Responsibilities:

Prepares daily clinic payments for bank deposit.

Prepares branch office deposits daily.

Works closely with branch clinics and other departments to complete all portions of deposit in a timely manner.

Reconciles bank deposit with Clinic Posting Log for accuracy.

Processes change requests for various OMC locations.

Communicates daily with Finance department.

Processes patient payments.

Prepares bank information for Insurance Team.

Researches clinic and hospital patient accounts for personal payment posting.

Other duties as assigned.
