Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Antitrust Compliance Specialist (m/f/diverse) who is passionate about antitrust compliance and eager to contribute to global initiatives, foster knowledge sharing, and support the ongoing development of our compliance framework.
Your tasks will include the following activities:

Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving ContiTech’s compliance program, particularly with respect to antitrust compliance

Identifying opportunities to further strengthen the antitrust compliance program through active collaboration and communication with the regions
-
Enhancing the concept for association activities and serving as the point of contact for related inquiries from all stakeholders
-
Further developing the global antitrust risk assessment process and acting as the point of contact for antitrust-related questions
-
Drafting, reviewing, and updating group policies and guidelines related to antitrust compliance
-
Managing the rollout of global antitrust initiatives
-
Developing content for antitrust training and other preventive measures in close collaboration with relevant departments

Delivering antitrust training to all ContiTech business areas and central functions

Designing and implementing additional mitigation measures, such as internal controls and monitoring activities

Leading lessons-learned projects and driving ongoing improvements to the effectiveness of the antitrust Compliance Management System (CMS)

Monitoring regulatory developments, best practices, industry trends, and compliance-related topics
-
Developing and maintaining a knowledge-sharing concept for antitrust compliance, ensuring that all materials remain relevant and up to date

Responding to external third-party audits of the ContiTech compliance program
Qualifications
-
Qualification as a fully qualified lawyer (First and Second State Examination) is required

Several years of professional experience in antitrust law and/or compliance, preferably gained in an international company, law firm, or auditing firm

Additional experience in anti-money laundering (AML) is considered an advantage
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Strong intercultural competence and experience working across functions and international corporate structures

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
-
Willingness to travel internationally
