Full job description

Summary:

Performs diagnostic and minimally invasive sonographic procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, radiology information system (RIS) data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, housekeeping duties, patient transportation and other related duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Essential:

  • Technical Program Completion or Degree

  • Associates Degree

Education specialization:

Essential:

  • Ultrasound

  • Ultrasound

Education equivalent experience:

Essential:

  • Required Education - Technical - Ultrasound; Associates - Ultrasound

  • Required Education - Technical - Ultrasound; Associates - Ultrasound

Credentials:

Credential equivalent experience:

  • Required - BLS (Basic Life Support) - Certification; Required - RDMS (Sonography) - within 1 year; Or - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Relevant Specialty
