Role Overview We're looking for an HR Executive with 1+ years of experience who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while supporting talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities HR Operations

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents.
  • Handle HRMS updates and ensure data accuracy.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain employee files and statutory records.
  • Coordinate PF, ESIC, labour law, and other compliance documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete and audit-ready.

Employee Experience

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and process improvements.

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high sense of ownership.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.) is an added advantage.
