Workday Business Analyst

Job Description

Our client is looking for a BA to support multiple data integrations to support a larger custom built AI tool. You will be scheduling and leading meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss Workday data requirements, and determine the integration scope, and work with technical teams to ensure the integration is built to the requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• Workday HCM
• Workday Time & Absence
• Workday Integrations (familiarity with how data can be pulled from Workday, the capabilities of an integration)
• 5+ years’ experience as a Workday Business Analyst
• Strong communicator, comfortable leading meetings and working with Sr leadership teams
• Someone who is assertive and confident – will take the lead on things without being asked
• Comfortable calling out risks and escalating to leadership
• Experience with Rally preferred -Technical Workday background is a plus.
