How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Propel Co-op is responsible for supporting program activities, communications and engagement to achieve program goals.
Summary ofresponsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
-
Assist in craftingand calendaring communications for Propel Career Pathway participants andcandidates, including participant newsletters, Delta internal news articles andsocial media content.
-
Design creativegraphic design content for various media channels.
-
Assist withcreating and posting content for The Propel podcast.
-
metrics to measure against goals.
-
Support planning,implementation and process improvements for Propel events.
-
Supportparticipant engagement activities and oversee inventory for Propel swag andsupplies.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
-
TheCo-op position requires a candidate to be enrolled as an undergraduate(sophomore or above) that has successfully completed a minimum of 30semester hours.
-
Musthave a minimum 2.5 GPA and be able to maintain the minimum GPA.

Workingas a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation.This position is intended to provide you with educational and professionalwork experience to prepare you for the workforce.

Thisposition requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannotactively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as aCo-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.

Studentsmust be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in linewith the schedule below:

Summer 2027 - 1st rotation

Spring 2028 - 2nd rotation

Fall 2028 - 3rd rotation

Strongorganizational, project management, and personal management skills

Robustverbal and written communication skills at all levels

Abilityto work well in teams

Currentlymust be enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relatedfield

Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.

Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
-
Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the UnitedStates.
-
Must be pursuing adegree in communications, public relations, marketing, social marketing, or arelated field.

Must have a strongwriter with business acumen and curiosity.
-
Must be a creativethinker with the ability to design and edit multi-media projects.
-
Must possess goodlistening and questioning skills to adequately understand and developsolutions.
-
Must be proactive, organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.

Must have anintermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, AdobeExpress and Instagram.
-
Must be a teamplayer with exceptional integrity and reliability.
-
Practice safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

Experience with SharePoint and PowerAutomate.
-
Experience with Smartsheet.
-
Basic knowledge of pilot trainingrequirements is a plus.
