How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Lead and empower nursing teams by directing daily operations, conducting evaluations, and mentoring staff to foster a high-performing, supportive clinical environment.

  • Optimize daily patient access and care quality by assessing patient needs in real time and ensuring clinical objectives translate into exceptional bedside outcomes.

  • Streamline clinical workflows through strategic task delegation, continuously monitoring staff proficiencies to maximize both team strengths and operational efficiency.

  • Drive quality improvement and safety by auditing clinical processes and collaborating with leadership to develop innovative, patient-first standards of care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
