Job Title: Mailroom Operations Specialist
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Some overtime may be required/available)
Pay : $18 per hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Job Summary:
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Operations Specialist to join our client's Fargo-based Mail Operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the processing of customer statement reprint requests, handling incoming correspondence, managing fraud and dispute documentation, and executing other essential operational workflows.
Essential Responsibilities:

Process customer statement reprint requests accurately and efficiently
-
Receive, sort, and process physical mail, including fraud and dispute documentation and customer correspondence
-
Research and identify appropriate accounts, cases, disputes, and customer details using multiple internal systems
-
Accurately enter, verify, and associate account numbers, case numbers, and other critical data elements
-
Prepare documents for scanning, imaging, indexing, and electronic storage
-
Execute routine operational tasks across multiple systems while collaborating with internal teams
-
Support production activities within customer correspondence, indexing, and other operational functions

Research processing exceptions and escalate issues to management when necessary

Contribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and overall operations
-
Meet established productivity, quality, and service standards while adhering to policies and controls

Follow all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and security guidelines

Perform additional duties as assigned in support of departmental objectives
Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
One to two years of related work experience in operations, mail processing, document management, administrative support, banking operations, or a similar environment
