  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support program objectives, schedule commitments, and quality goals.

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.

  • Demonstrated experience in PCB design (schematic capture required).

  • Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar PCB design tool.

  • Experience designing and testing digital and analog circuits.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

  • Familiarity with engineering analysis tools, test equipment, and standard lab practices.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance; active clearance preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or other mission-critical hardware environments.

  • Experience with environmental, qualification, or acceptance testing.

  • Experience with electrical simulation tools (e.g., SPICE-based modeling).

  • Familiarity with requirements management or configuration management systems.

Key Competencies

  • Ownership mindset and accountability.

  • Cross-team communication and collaboration.

  • Initiative and problem-solving.

  • Adaptability in fast-paced development environments.
