Job Description

Laboratory:

  • Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics
  • Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to RP-UPLC, RP-HPLC, and UV spectroscopy
  • Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision
  • Prepare standards and samples for analysis
  • Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities
  • Knowledge of cGMP and LIMS

Leadership:

  • Support scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and procedures
  • Follow GLP/GMP and good documentation using electronic lab notebook
  • Help with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environment
  • Follow documentation and safety practices
  • Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations
  • Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment

  • Ensure coverage and performance
  • Performs administrative tasks related to team member growth and development
  • Adeptly balance technical lab work with leadership responsibilities
  • Foster morale and teamwork

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience
  • 2-6 years of bioanalytical testing experience
  • Understanding of industry practices and standards is required

Preferred:

  • iCE
  • CEX and similar separation methods
  • Compendial Assays
  • Laboratory supervisory experience

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable range of Andover, MA are encouraged to apply.
