Insurance Denial Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Patient Accounts Specialist with strong experience in insurance denial management. In this critical revenue cycle role, you will review, analyze, and resolve denied and unpaid claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. You will collaborate with payers, clinical teams, and billing staff to reduce preventable denials, recover outstanding revenue, and improve overall claims performance.
Hours
Full-time: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
Requirements
Prefer 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting with experience in third party reimbursement and coding in a hospital or medical office setting.
Education
Require high school graduate or GED. Prefer college education and formal training in medical terminology and computer courses.
